Day 3: Galle — Culture & Commerce
Walk the ramparts of Galle Fort — a UNESCO site turned boutique hospitality case study. See what happens when tourism meets heritage. Mastermind Session #2: map your 90-day sprint.
Day 4: Ahangama — Surf & Strategy
Morning surf at the reef breaks. Warm water, all levels welcome. Mastermind Session #3: fundraising, partnerships, and what you need in the next 30 days.
Day 5: Hiriketiya — Vision & Farewell
Sri Lanka's most beautiful bay. Final session: articulate your 10-year vision, pressure-test it with the group. Public accountability commitments. Farewell dinner overlooking the water.
Day 6: Departure

You fill out a short form telling us about what you're building and why you want to come. We review applications on a rolling basis and confirm spots within 48 hours. It's not complicated—we just want to make sure the group fits together.
Our guides work with beginners every day. You'll be in the water on day one, and by day two you'll understand why surfers talk about it the way they do.
Cancel before March 15th and get a full refund. After that, we'll work with you to find someone to take your spot. We keep it simple because we know things change.
Most US and EU citizens can get an ETA (electronic travel authorization) online for about $35. It takes 10 minutes. We'll send you all the details once you're confirmed.
